The Salida Innovative Business Road Trip is ideal for companies that are looking to go to market with their innovative products or solutions. Types of companies that are a good fit include but are not limited to the following: • Advanced Materials and Manufacturing • Aerospace • Agricultural Technologies • Bioscience and Medical Devices • Digital Media • Information and Communications Technology • Energy and Clean Technologies • Other Innovative Technologies There will be presentations by subject matter experts on legal issues for technology companies, digital marketing for tech companies, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants, market research for developing a commercialization plan, and calculating indirect rates for government contracts and grants. There will be round table discussions with other entrepreneurs and subject matter experts, and the day will end with a fun Happy Hour (drinks provided!).
