The National Institute of Standards and Technology's ATP program partners with companies of all sizes, as well as universities and non-profits, on a cost-sharing basis to accelerate the development of high-risk technologies that potentially make feasible a broad range of new commercial opportunities.

SBIR is a federal program that reserves a specific percentage of federal R&D funds for small business. The U.S. SBA collects solicitation information from all participating agencies and publishes it quarterly in a Pre-Solicitation Announcement (PSA).

The PSA is a single source for the topics and anticipated release and closing dates for each agency's solicitations.

The Colorado Small Business Development Center Network (SBDC) is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBDC Network is a partnership between the State of Colorado, Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, the Small Business Administration (SBA), Colorado's institutions of higher education, local economic development organizations and local chambers of commerce.
