Join the Denver Metro SBDC for the third triannual Trout Tank sponsored by First National Denver, a free evening pitch event where Colorado entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to vie for funding from local lenders, angel investors and venture capitalists. While only a handful of entrepreneurs can compete, each Trout Tank is open to the public, allowing audience members to learn from the experiences and pitches of a few. - Braden Holt of IndiCard, an app that allows service industry workers to receive discounts at hundreds of businesses to substitute for the traditional benefits program, seeking financing for further marketing and app development.
- Jeff Gonzales of RoomRoost, searching for startup capital to develop a disruptive booking platform that connects consumers to unused room inventory in the destination travel industry.
- Christian Hartgens of Lock-it Block-it, manufacturer and distributer of a security device for home windows, seeking financing for expansion.
- Julie Melvillle of conBrio Publishing, seeking startup capital for the build out of a mobile app connecting print and digital information through augmented reality to create an interactive marketing experience.
