President and CEO, National Western Stock Show
As President/CEO, Andrews is responsible for day to day operations, programming and administration for National Western Stock Show and the year-round shows of the National Western Complex. During his first four years at Stock Show, Paul implemented an array of promotions, special offers and customer service changes that resulted in strong attendance for each show, averaging around 635,000 each year. The organizational structure changes have been significant under Andrews' direction, including creation of the Sponsorship Sales and Service Department that is now generating nearly 65% more revenue over the 4 year period.
