10-19-2015 CDOT Reverse Trade Fair

Description:

CDOT is hosting a Reverse Trade Fair for the I-70 East Project for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or Emerging Small Business (ESB) Professional Service Consultants. This pre-fair session is MANDATORY for DBE/ESB firms that wish to have a display table at the subsequent Reverse Trade Fair. Both sessions are reserved for firms that provide highway and bridge design services such as civil, electrical, environmental, geotechnical and mechanical engineering, as well as construction management, materials testing, inspection, landscape architecture, and surveying. 

The orientation will include an overview of the project, logistics for the Reverse Trade Fair, and recommendations for marketing to the prime teams that will be visiting your table. The subsequent Reverse Trade Fair will allow subconsultants to showcase their capabilities to CDOT project team members and the four short-listed developer teams. Display tables will be assigned at the meeting. Space is limited and preference will be given to DBE/ESB certified firms that can provide professional services on the I-70 East Project.

By attending this session, you will automatically be registered for the Reverse Trade Fair on October 22, 2015 at the National Western Complex in Denver. If you or someone from your firm are unable to attend the pre-fair session because of a scheduling conflict but wish to be considered for a display table at the Reverse Trade Fair, please email cathy.kramer@state.co.us to make alternate arrangements.
