7.8 CDOT Construction Compliance Workshop
This full day workshop is essential for all prime contractors and subcontractors working on CDOT highway construction contracts. Staff from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Civil Rights & Business Resource Center, will provide vital information about how to comply with 2016 CDOT and Federal contracting regulations outlined in FWHA Form 1273. Topics will include:
- EEO Contract Requirements
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Requirements
- Emerging Small Business (ESB) Program Elements
- CDOT Form 205
- On-the-Job (OJT) Requirements
- Certified Payrolls
- Davis-Bacon and Related Acts
- Site of Work
- Classification of Workers
- Prompt Payment
Suggested Audience:
Project Superintendents, Construction Contractor Employees, Consultant Project Managers, Payroll Clerks, EEO Officers, Estimators, and other involved in construction contract administration.
Note: This workshop is the only one planned in Greeley this year. We encourage all contractors in CDOT Regions 1 & 4 to attend this session if you were not able to attend one of the previous sessions in the spring.
