JWU Accounting Basics

Description:

A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is essential for any business owner to effectively communicate and interpret the financial results of their business. This entry-level course aimed at small business owners and prospective entrepreneurs will introduce you to basics business accounting concepts, while serving as a platform for understanding and applying concepts presented in other SBDC seminars related to business finances, such as Intro to QuickBooks and Accounting Boot Camp.

Directions & Parking:

This seminar will be held at Johnson & Wales in the Academic Center. You may only enter the building through Visitor Access on the northeast side of the building, as all other doors are locked in the evening for security purposes. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the classroom. Free parking is available in the visitor's lot located at 18th and Oneida. View map.

Cancellation Policy:

Workshop and event fees will only be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. In respect of the speakers' and other attendees' time, please e-mail us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel your registration.
