Do you have a plan that intentionally strengthens your professional and personal relationships?  This workshop is about improving your bonding and rapport building skills.  It starts with the belief that it is important for sales professionals to "create a comfortable environment in which to do business.  Prospects need to be comfortable and at ease especially when discussing tough issues".

Participate if you find yourself:
- Frustrated that clients often seem to be uncomfortable and holding back important information
- Concerned that you find yourself doing all the talking
- Anxious that you seem to struggle understanding certain types of people and don't know why

Register for this workshop to learn:
- How to intentionally and quickly begin to build TRUST
- The four Behavioral Styles and how to connect with each one
- How to develop active listening skills
If the prospect is not comfortable with you they will do the following:  Tune you out.  Throw you out.  Keep you out.
