Building Your Business Model

Description:

Learn about a methodology for business owners to develop, test, and validate his/her business model and value proposition to start a new business or increase innovation in an existing business. Use the tools that will help minimize the chaos and uncertainty. This is a pre-business plan workshop, and will help you look more closely at potential customers and cash flow.
