CDOT Civil Rights staff invite all construction contractors and construction managers to a workshop on CDOT's Civil Rights and Labor Compliance systems. It will include information about the new CDOT DBE specification and the systems required for all construction contracts let after January 1, 2017.  Below is an agenda for the workshop. You may choose to attend only the portion of the class that is applicable to you.

  • 10am - 12pm: LCPtracker for submitting certified payrolls
  • 12pm - 1pm: Questions, lunch and networking
  • 1pm - 3pm: B2GNow for DBE commitments and prompt payment

For Prime Contractors

Please have someone from your organization attend to ensure you are recording and reporting your project information accurately.

For Sub Contractors

Please attend so you know what is required for certified payrolls and prompt payment on CDOT projects before it is requested by the prime contractor
