Conflict is almost inevitable in the workplace, yet managers most often avoid it. It pays to give the right feedback the right way. In this session, participants will examine the feedback process from hiring to coaching... or even terminating. Participants in this workshop will learn:
- Why frequent, direct feedback prevents conflict
- A ''bridge model'' that makes disciplinary actions easier
