Erie Business Boot Camp
This free, five-week boot camp will help you quickly develop a basic business plan or determine the feasibility of launching your business. The course will also support an already existing business that wants to grow and prosper. The camp will consist of 9 hours of class sessions as well as a minimum of 4 hours of one-on-one business planning support. The Business Planning Boot Camp will cover entrepreneurial essentials such as establishing your brand, the rationale for market research, marketing strategies, strategic operations, organizational issues, and the essential financial data needed for decision making. Participants also have the opportunity to attend an additional session that includes information on the legal entities, and how to register and maintain the legal structure for your business. In addition, each participant will receive essential materials, templates that will support the business planning process and growth of a new or existing business.
Each participant will be required to schedule the four separate hours of one-on-one free counseling to discuss and develop a plan, as part of the overall program.
Dates:
Boot Camp sessions will meet on the following Mondays from 6:00 - 7:45 pm:
February 5th, 12th, 26th and March 5th & 12th. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled by each participant throughout the course.

He has counseled and provided needed services and resources to over 400 new, potential, and existing entrepreneurs.
