3.7.18_Assessing and Evaluating

Is your business established and running well? You may be inclined to let things continue to run as they are. However, this is a good time to evaluate, assess, and plan for your business's success. All businesses should regularly review their progress and decide where they are going.

Assessing and Evaluating Your Business is a two-hour seminar that will take you through the essential process to help you identify and assess your business and how well it is performing. It will provide you with information about how to gather and highlight your strengths and areas that could be improved. We will discuss how to review the progress of your business regularly. You will also learn what components need to be assessed and how to use these assessments to redefine your business goals.
