After completing the four-part track, participants will have the information they need to hire, manage and engage their employees in a safe and satisfying work environment. You may take sessions individually or as a track.

Janet Hoffman's human resource experience spans over 25 years. She has extensive experience in general human resources, learning and development and general management. Hoffman's areas of expertise include organizational strategy/design, employee relations, performance management/succession planning, talent management and talent acquisition. She has worked with and supported large and small corporate, field and distribution environments helping to create dynamic, high performing teams.
