12-5-2018 Mindfulness
The Mindfulness and Stress Reduction course starts with discussion of the neuroscience of stress and anxiety in the workplace. Effecting reduced productivity, lack of engagement, interoffice conflict, and poor communication. Discussion will include stress management, reprogramming your response to triggers, and collapsing a negative bias/charge. Participants will get acquainted with the practice of mindfulness and discover how it affects positivity, productivity, happiness, health, communication and the quality of your everyday life.

- On the mat mindfulness practices including, breath awareness, guided and inquiry meditation, and gentle mindful stretching
