James Melena is the E-Marketing Specialist for the High Plains Library District, overseeing all social media and online marketing strategy. Previously working in Crested Butte, CO, he pioneered native advertising in the lodging industry. He also assists Weld County and international nonprofits in applying for and managing Google Ad Grants.
