If you want to be a successful leader, having the right education and a perfect resume are not enough. You also need to have presence, which is made up of "soft" interpersonal skills like leadership, communication, appearance, and behavior. These skills may be harder to define and measure than "hard" business or technical skills, but they are just as critical. People find success in the workplace because of their technical skills, but often get fired or lose clients because they lack good interpersonal skills.
The Executive Presence track is a three-part series led by Lula Kiah, president of Executive Presence Innovators, an internationally respected consulting firm that helps businesses, executives, and international politicians sharpen those important "soft" skills. The series is designed to help participants create powerful first impressions, communicate with confidence and professionalism, network with confidence, and enhance their reputations -in short, to become true leaders in their fields and in their lives.
