Identify communication styles including linguistic patterns women employ such as qualifiers, disclaimers and tag questions that undermine the ability to communicate credibility. Equally important is what she doesn't say, nonverbals that serve as dysfunctional messages and how to eradicate them. Also, guidelines on how to manage the conversation will be offered.
