Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class/ workshop for which you have pre-registered, you must contact the Business Incubator Center via email (frontdesk@gjincubator.org) or call (970) 243-5242 at least 24-hours in advance of the class to receive a full refund. No refund will be given on notifications received after that time or in any no-show situation.
If a cancellation is not made 24-hours prior to the class, a credit will be given towards a future class. Refunds or credits are not available once a class or workshop begins.
If a class/workshop is canceled by the Business Incubator Center, those who have registered and paid will receive a full refund or the opportunity to credit their registration and fee to another class. The Business Incubator Center reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or make substitutions for any announced classes and to change instructors.
