Barry has 40 plus years of experience. He has spent years working with insurers, safety professionals, company owners and buyers of construction services. He actively fights against improper OSHA actions and citations and is often called up as an expert witness for OSHA, NIOSH, and various states. Barry serves on OSHA committees and has developed safety laws and standards for ANSI and OSHA. His expertise includes safety planning, law interpretations, legal and contractual issues, site safety inspections and reviews, employee supervision and executive training, expert opinions, strategies, program development, developing safety products, and designing safe applications for existing products.
