Description:

This workshop is focused on the financial aspects of creating a strategic business plan. In this workshop, we focus on how to create accurate budget projections, and then manage and measure your projections vs. actuals year over year. We also dig into the financial statement projections, estimated startup costs, and industry ratios that help you create an accurate assumption of financial risk. If you are interested in obtaining a business loan, or understanding the financial undertakings of a small business, this is a great place to start!
