Our Instructors:As businesses are juggling customers, logistics, employees, and regulations, courts are seeing an uptick in court filings around discrimination, retaliation, and other unfair workplace practices. While business owners may be making decisions with the best of intentions, they could inadvertently create unfair and discriminatory employment practices. We'll give a brief review of best practices, HR laws as they apply to COVID, and when to call for help.
