Build Your Business Plan In a Day! (2-part series Sept 20 & 22)
A business plan can help you get funding, bring in new business partners, or serve as a roadmap for each stage of starting and managing your business. During this 2-part class, we will guide you in creating your own business plan. We will cover all the elements of writing a plan including the executive summary, company description, market analysis, competitive analysis, S.W.O.T. analysis, service or product line, marketing plan, operations, management, and financial projections. Bring your laptop or electronic notepad. We will have one short break.
Part 1- Tues, Sept 20, 9 a.m.- noon and Part 2- Thurs, Sept 22, 9 a.m.-noon
Upon registration, you'll receive a Zoom link to attend. The Zoom link is the same for both sessions.
Speaker(s): Susan Bony is a member of the West Central SBDC staff and a long-time consultant for the Colorado SBDC focusing on business start-up and company development and growth. Her education and experience working for both small and large multi-national corporations with a unique background in banking, teaching and market development provide the perfect combination to support writing business plans.
The text book can be picked up at the Region10 Montrose office or we will mail it if you live outside the area.
