Ag Lending for Dummies

Join us for our Ag Lending for Dummies workshop to learn how to approach lenders, what lenders are looking at when evaluating a loan, and how to prepare to talk to a lender. Workshop presenter, Pat Calhoun, is a former commercial loan officer who specialized in Ag Lending . He comes to us from Texas where he works closely with the SBDC at University of Houson-Victoria while managing his own large scale ranch. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience from his time as an Ag Lender. There will be a free lunch provided!
