During this course we’ll cover an overview of... 1) How to develop your financial statements 2) Why you should look at your financial statements 3) What financial statements to look and what they mean 4) How to use your financial statements to make strategic decisions for your operation Developing and maintaining an annual budget can take the guesswork out of the financial management of your business. The process of developing a budget and a cash flow forecast will help you fully understand the financial impacts of all of the activities of your business. Understanding how to read and analyze your financial statements will prepare you and your business for creating projections. Planning for the financial side of the business will improve the likelihood of financial success. Lunch is included.
