WORKSHOP CANCELLED as of the morning of 11/12/19. Developing and maintaining an annual budget can take the guesswork out of the financial management of your business. The process of developing a budget and a cash flow forecast will help you fully understand the financial impacts of all of the activities of your business. Understanding how to read and analyze your financial statements will prepare you and your business for creating projections. He’s from Texas where he worked closely with the SBDC at University of Houson-Victoria while managing his own large scale ranch.
