This is an in-person workshop being held in the San Juan Development Offices at the Grand Imperial Hotel in Silverton.
In this Interactive workshop, we look at the different ways to grow your customer base more quickly. We help you calculate the “Life Time Value” of each customer, so you better understand what each one is worth so you can invest in them appropriately. You walk away with some clear strategies to implement to increase retention, referrals and retail sales. Time has been allotted for questions and interaction between attendees.
