Understanding your business financial statements and how to use them as an effective management tool is a key to success. Come learn the tools necessary to understand your Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement and what knowledge you can gain from the numbers. The goal is to provide you with the information you need to make educated business decisions and how to find answers to import questions towards effectively manage your business on a consistent basis. Even if you have an accountant helping you out, it’s important to know what they are doing on your behalf and how to read your financial statements for management purposes.
