Tech Security for Your Small Business

Understanding the importance of security for your business is the start to building a resilient operation. In this course, we will discuss the technology-security basics that all business should have in place and why. The topics covered include: -antiviruses -policies -email security -online security -common cyber-attacks.

This course is taught from a business-owner perspective, allowing everyone the opportunity to understand without needing a master’s degree in technology.

Taught by Cameron Cromer, Lead Technologist for Second-61. Second-61 provides IT services—remote helpdesk, technology consulting, solutions engineering, etc.—to customers from Custer County to Denver. Before coming to Colorado, Cameron owned four businesses, all in different areas of technology.
