A business may hold separate entity and be distinct from it owner or owners. In Colorado, there are many different legal business entity options that vary by the type of product or service you own or are developing.

Deciding on which business entity can be one of the most important decisions you make as a small business owner and can have dramatic consequences on taxes, insurance costs and legal liability.
