She is a certified HR professional with over three decades of experience of building practical HR solutions for small businesses. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management, is a member of the UNC Management Advisory Board and the Colorado Small Business Advisory Council, the North Metro SBDC 2016 MVP, and was featured in "How to Conduct Annual Employee Reviews" in Inc. Mark Spitz, is the owner of Spitz Legal Counsel in Denver. His practice focuses on corporate and business law, serving entrepreneurs, startups, and small-to-mid-sized businesses.
