Growth Catalyst is a nine-month course aimed at helping you achieve a sustainable and resilient business model through a combination of peer group and individual coaching activities. Course Objectives:
- Analyze the gap between where you are and where you want to be
- Complete a three-year strategic plan for your business (goals, objectives)
- Translate goals into practical action steps and objectives into value statements
- Exchange lessons learned and reality checks with your peer advisory group
- Build a strong foundation for business growth: clarify your vision and core values
- Align stakeholders: get your team behind you for a unified effort
- Maintain motivation through accountability to coach and peers
- Absorb new knowledge from guest speakers/subject matter experts
