Topic: Managing a Business

Getting remote work right is hard, even during non-pandemic times. Whether you're an individual contributor, startup founder, solo-preneur working with a team of freelancers, or team lead within a company, together we'll explore some of the common challenges remote workers face, helpful tools and best practices in cultivating psychologically safe environments, and how to take your remote work to the next level. This workshop is especially for you if remote work sometimes feels lonely, you're managing content overload and Zoom burnout, you're trying to figure out how to participate in highly-visible conversations to advance your career, you want to cultivate a strong sense of trust on your team, and/or you want to reconnect with purpose and community. It is our goal that this online session will inspire and cultivate small in person meetups with Becca and other remote workers in chaffee, Lake and Park Counties.
