Tom Patton has worked in the surety industry for ten years and is the current President of Evergreen Surety as well as the Rocky Mountain Surety Association. He previously worked for national and regional insurance agencies prior to starting a surety-only agency in 2020. He is active in various state and local legislative initiatives as well as bond education programs. He is married, with two young children and enjoys all of Colorado’s outdoor activities.
