Presenter Bios: Diana Royce Smith consults on organizational trouble-shooting, problem-solving, and the things that keep executives up at night. She's headed the management consulting firm, Royce Arbour, Inc., for 25 years. There, Diana leverages her career in business, government and private-non-profit management to enhance organizational performance by offering Hands-On Help for Management. Diana has headed five volunteer Councils for the Boulder Chamber, where she was named Volunteer of the Year and a member of the Charter Class of Leadership Boulder. Her many civic and professional activities include 3 years as President of the Board of the Colorado Enterprise Fund, providing loans and technical assistance to non-bankable businesses. Tron Welch brings 15 years of financial management experience to Welch Financial Planning. He began his career with a BS in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from Washington University. His expertise lies in taking complex scenarios and creating easy to follow financial plans. Prior to founding Welch Financial, Tron's work experience includes financial advising at AIG and American Express, for both clients and company employees. He also worked for Amsted Industries, a private manufacturing company.
