Speaker Bio: Kevin Savage is a Senior Manager of Compliance in Supply Management and a Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) with 28 years of experience in Government contracting. Mr. Savage understands the needs and requirements of both Federal Contractors and the Government agencies having served on both sides during his career. He is a subject matter expert on development and evaluation of pricing proposals, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contractor purchasing system requirements. He has 29 years of experience in Government Accounting and Compliance and Supply Management. He is a former Senior Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency where he spent 11 years auditing approximately 200 Federal contractors from large multinational corporations to very small sole proprietorships. He understands both Federal contractor and Government requirements having served on both sides in his career. His career has included support of both pricing and procurements on prime and subcontracts across most Government agencies and major defense contractors.
