Wed 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

The critical link of a company's success in the marketplace is the selection and management of the correct sales and distribution channel for its products or services. This session will explore the advantages and disadvantages of each of the five most commonly used channels, both national and international. Why one over another for your product or service?

This is the third Colorado Emerging Ventures Building for Growth Breakfast in 2016. These workshops are no cost to attend for qualified businesses with high growth goals in the advanced industries sectors thanks to generous sponsorship from Guaranty Bank and Trust Company.

Colorado Emerging Ventures (CEV) programs are specifically developed to support businesses with high market potential and high growth goals - including bioscience, IT, aerospace, cleantech, advanced manufacturing, outdoor and natural products, and other key industries.

About the presenter:

Scott Grayell is a recently retired technical software sales executive working with companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. With over 30 years of experience, he managed direct sales organizations and distribution channel partners in commercial, federal and international markets. He's also very experienced in strategizing and opening new international markets for existing US-based software companies.

In 2003, he started Iron Works Fitness, a privately held fitness center in Boulder, Colorado. Understanding the importance of immediate business cash flow, Iron Works Fitness had over 100 memberships before opening the doors. This was accomplished by developing an achievable business plan integrating Business Development, Marketing, IT and Operations creating brand awareness and a compelling value proposition in a very competitive market.
