What's the difference between QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online?

Part I (Introduction) will cover:
Features, benefits, and summary of file types
Navigating Home Page/Dashboard, Insights, & Settings/Preferences
Importing Customers, Vendors, Products & Services lists
Setting up your chart of accounts
