Additionally, all Colorado employers continue to be subject to the additional public health emergency paid leave requirements related to COVID-19. This was recorded in January 2022, and the information should remain valid until the public health emergency leave expires. It has been continually extended; however, you should confirm on a regular basis whether the public health emergency leave is still active in order to align your payroll and leave policies.
