HR Check Up: Sick Pay Requirements Released in Jan 2022

On Demand
Until Jun 30
Topic: Managing Employees

Colorado employers with 15 or less employees are now subject to Colorado’s new paid sick time laws. Additionally, all Colorado employers continue to be subject to the additional public health emergency paid leave requirements related to COVID-19. Join Reagan Freed, Human Resources executive and SBDC consultant, for practical advice on how to implement paid sick time policies for your business.

This was recorded in January 2022, and the information should remain valid until the public health emergency leave expires. It has been continually extended; however, you should confirm on a regular basis whether the public health emergency leave is still active in order to align your payroll and leave policies.

This webinar is for informational purposes and is not attorney client legal advice or opinion. Also, laws change or vary by jurisdiction, so this is not a substitute for legal advice for the specific needs for how this will affect you or your business.
