Business Plan In A Day!

A business plan can help you get funding, bring in new business partners, or serve as a roadmap for each stage of starting and managing your business. During this two-part online class, we will guide you in creating your own business plan. We will cover all the elements of writing a plan including the executive summary, company description, market analysis, competitive analysis, S.W.O.T. analysis, service or product line, marketing plan, operations, management, and financial projections.

This class will be held in person at the Business Cultivator in Olathe. Water and snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.
