A business plan can help you get funding, bring in new business partners, or serve as a roadmap for each stage of starting and managing your business. During this two-part online class, we will guide you in creating your own business plan. We will cover all the elements of writing a plan including the executive summary, company description, market analysis, competitive analysis, S.W.O.T. analysis, service or product line, marketing plan, operations, management, and financial projections.

Registration for this class includes a 3-month free subscription to LIVEPLAN, an online business plan creation platform. LivePlan integrates useful tools and technology such as AI, sample business plans, bookkeeping software integration (such as Quickbooks), and financial projections to help build your business plan.

This class will be held online as two sessions:

Part 1: Tuesday, January 28th, 5-8pm

Part 2: Thursday, January 30th, 5-8pm
