CDOT Construction Contractor Prequalification

Are you interested in being a Prime Contractor on CDOT highway or bridge construction projects?

There are regular opportunities for small businesses and CDOT ESB certified firms to bid and win on projects with a construction cost of less than $1 million or more if you have the capacity. In 2021, CDOT plans to roll out a 5% Bid Preference for ESB certified firms who bid as a prime contractor. This will help level the playing field for small businesses to compete on price against larger firms with more resources.
