Starting Your Business Workshop

Starting a business can be challenging and uncertain. This course is designed to help you navigate through the steps you need to start a business. Join us for a 3.75 hour seminar on various aspect of starting a business with our variety of presenters, including a small business specialist, small business banker, insurance agent, attorney and an accountant. Topics to be covered include business planning, legal structure, taxes, financing options and insurance. This course is designed for business owners to learn and engage with our speakers to gain a better understanding of their specific business. Our speakers are a wealth of knowledge and have many years of experience in their industries. Their presentations are geared towards the needs of new and growing businesses. No-cost, confidential one-on-one consulting will be available through the SBDC after the workshop.
