After 2 decades in the hospitality business, the onset of COVID provided the perfect time for Carma to transition to her second love, helping small businesses! Carma spent 1.5 years with the Small Business Development Center in Pueblo as the Education and Special Events Coordinator before recently accepting her position as Retention Specialist for the BBB of Southern Colorado. At the BBB, Carma gets to talk to 20-30 businesses a day about their businesses, marketing and increasing trust in the marketplace.
