This six-part webinar series is designed to help you create an accurate and competitive estimating process. The intent is to provide information that can be applied to increase the number of estimates you put out, as well as the quality, accuracy and competitiveness of your estimates. Throughout the course, you will be able to develop your skills by creating an estimate for a mock project.

  • Checklist for completing required documents
  • Final bid package and submission
  • Follow up and debrief

Rex Davis is a seasoned estimator and Connect2DOT consultant. He has worked in the construction industry for decades as part of the labor and management forces, working up through an apprenticeship program to becoming a project manager before starting his own business specializing in estimating. He’s an expert in the field and offers estimating workshops all across the country to help small and large businesses improve and maximize their bidding processes.
