FMS Bank & East Colorado SBDC are proud to present the monthly EPIC Series (Entrepreneurs, Professionals, & Investors Community). Each month we bring together members of the business community and a new topic to help you learn new skills or further develop your existing skill set!
Dealing with tenants doesn't have to be a nightmare! Neal Jandreau has owned TRI Property Management since 1998 and has managed as many as 925 units at a single time. Currently he oversees 15 employees including apartment managers, office staff, and maintenance personnel. Together they keep things running smoothly for tenants and property owners. Drawing from his experience, he will be sharing a few tips and highlighting some traps that DIY landlords often fall into. Neal is a fully-licensed Real Estate Broker and, among other things, has served as President of the Weld County Apartment Association, Chair of the Greeley Area Realtors Association, and a member of the Colorado Apartment Association Board.
