Carissa Gabrielle I am the owner of The Movement Limitless, I provide Empowerment and Identity Life Coaching services and programs for Women throughout the world! I have also owned my dance studio Northern Colorado Dance Fusion for the past 16 years and have founded dance programs throughout Colorado for over 19 years and I also have the privilege of being a Mama to two beautiful daughters!

Along with owning the studio as well as life coaching, I am a professional dancer and choreographer signed with an LA Agency! I also enjoy travel teaching master classes, adjudicating at numerous competitions, as well as being a convention choreographer/teacher, and leading and speaking at motivational- personal development conferences and facilitating mindset and movement workshops for athletes, businesses, teams, and more!!!

My purpose and passion behind what I do is to not only to empower others to live to their fullest desire and potential, but to allow themselves the gift of living life as their true self, through making space to connect to their identity and self love for who they are outside of the titles and roles that they carry in life. I enjoy teaching gratitude, self love, self worth, self connection and awareness, through healing trauma and triggers while using the breathe to support, empower, and ground into right here, right now, while allowing ourselves to heal and embody the yin and yang of masculine and feminine energy within, to make space to love and accept who we are, who we’ve been, and who we are becoming! My life intention is to encourage others to take a chance on themselves and to share my light while helping others connect to theirs, guiding them to know they get to turn that light on and up, so that they can embrace who they are and their soul’s purpose!
