In this session, you'll use the the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to find traction in your business. You will learn an incredibly effective way to solve your company's issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring proper accountability, communication, and results!

Suggested Audience:

This class is ideally suited for existing businesses with at least ten employees, though any size business may attend. Business owners are also encouraged to bring their leadership team.

Meet the Presenter:

Chris Hallberg has a pretty cool resume; he's been taking big risks, and getting outside of his comfort zone his entire life. He joined the Army National Guard Military Police at 17, was an officer at a Maximum Security prison at 20. By the ripe age of 23,he was running his own cellblock as the Sergeant. After serving in uniform for a total of 9 years, he began his career in sales and marketing, and quickly became the #1 producing Sales Rep. Chris then began to manage other salespeople, and lead several teams to sales success. As Sales Manager, he took a $3M Remodeling company and helped them grow to $8M in 3 years, and then as VP of Sales took an $8M Restoration company and led them to $20M in revenue in just 1 year! Chris then started his own energy efficient remodeling business at the onset of the "Great Recession" and despite difficult market conditions he quickly scaled that business to 2M in sales, and sold the company two years later. Since then, Chris has provided his sales and branding expertise to several entrepreneurial companies. In early 2014, Chris became one of just 65 Professional EOS Implementers in the nation. He now spends his time helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get more from their business. Chris is a proud member of EO Colorado (Entrepreneurs Organization) and serves on their board. Chris lives in Centennial Colorado with his amazing wife Melissa and their two spirited sons Hunter and Hayden.
