In this session, you will be shown proven tools to help codify your unique positioning opportunity and evaluate possible brand gaps relative to your emerging brand strategy. You will begin to develop a strategic road map to effectively link your new brand strategy to your brand delivery. Building on your now completed corporate planning/positioning tool for you and your competition, you will be introduced to a proven tool designed to help you codify the prime positioning opportunity for your own organization. This positioning statement can be further polished, market tested and applied to your future brand applications.

This session is part of the Branding Track, a three-part series aimed at teaching you big-brand secrets. Join us for the series!

Suggested Audience:
